The process is very simple.
You don't need to worry. Once you get to this wamp server officialwebsite then the only thing that is to be needed to be done here is to download this64 bit or this 32 bit option; any one of this. And then you need to install it into yourmachine; first of all extract the file, after that you need to double click the .exe filethat you have downloaded off the internet from this wamp server's official website andthe rest of the thing is just some play next button type; there is nothing more complicatedthere. But two things needed to be kept in mind;the first one is whenever you are installing and wamp server, you need to have all thosedll components those are required to run both the OS version- this Windows 32 and Windows64 bit version - all those .dll functions those will be needed to run this particularwamp server.
So you have to ensure that you have installedall the required .dll components into your machine and if it is not then you need totalk to your vendor to install these .dll components into your machine; or perhaps youwill be getting two patches off the internet, for x64 and x86 version; you need to installit and then you can install this wamp server otherwise you will be continuously gettingan error message dialogue box and possibly you cannot access wamp server anymore if youdo not have all those .dll components.
This is the first thing that you need to keepin your mind. I'm not changing anything into this software,the only thing that is needed to run Wamp server successfully into my machine; thatis why I am making a very minor modification here. Look at this particular variable, this $suppress_localhost. It is now attributed to a 'false' value. So if you find that this is set to 'true'then all you need to do you need to change it to 'false'. What it is exactly doing here?
It is practically being used elsewhere whereit is suppressing the localhost to display your web feature. That means you cannot view any of your projectinto its web browser format, into a display format in your machine because in this particularcase this variable is set to a true value. This is inbuilt and that is why you need tomodify it, you need to set it to a false value and only after that you will be able to viewany of your web project into your machine as we can see over here.
So this other things those are needed to beremembered. First of all you need to download and installwamp server from the website as we have discussed here. The link provided in the description belowand in the second case you need to extract, then you need to double click on the .exefile; proceed as per instruction boy pressing this next button repeatedly. At the final stage you will be observing thatwamp server is installed into your machine and the icon will be appearing as this one- this is the wamp server icon.
If you double click on to it you will seenow this icon is already present into your system tray. If you go to localhost you can see that theseare the projects we have built so far here. Another thing, this is the database optionpHP my admin, so this is the database; you may create, modify, or delete databases, tables,anything that you want here.
