How to invite students or participants to Google Meet | How to send invites to guests at Google Meet

 hello viewers in this article I am going to share with you how to send the meeting link to join the meeting at Google meats or you can also say that how to send invites to join Google meats meeting so login to your Gmail account go to Google Apps then go to needs now here it is asking you to start a meeting or enter meeting code if you are a host if you want to invite others click on start a meeting once you will click here it will take you to another screen this screen will appear on your monitor now this is the interface join now once you will join it will ask you to copy

menu at the right from here also you can add people and send invite for example I mean the suggested list is coming here so this is how you can add and send email so they will get an invite to join your meeting I am leaving this meeting for now I can show you another way that can ease up your process the in other ways you can schedule your meeting at Google Calendar also go to Google Apps click on calendar now the calendar has opened for this particular month that is dec

 2020 you can change the view of calendar from here to weekly monthly or yearly I can put it as weekly like this or we can have the month view like it was you can create a meeting by clicking on create here or you can go to the date whenever you want to create for example say I want to create a meeting for 21st of  dec so what I'm going to do is I am going to click on 21st I'm going to choose a timeslot for it for example I want my meeting at 10 a.m. so I can enter here you can add a title to it for example the demo meeting this is the title if it is an event you can put an event or a reminder but I want it to be Google meat so I am clicking it you can change

 the timings from here say I want it at 10 a.m. so I am putting 10 a.m. this is the one hour slot that is there for the meeting a meeting can go on for maximum 60 minutes now the first thing that you can do from here is copy meeting link from here and then you can paste it and use it separately or you can directly add the guests from here for example I am adding an email ID like this you can enter the guests here and if the guests are there or they are also synced 



with you you can check their availability from here you may not need to do so now you can add a description to it what would guess see that this is a demo meeting you can add it as a description or you can enter please join on time and then save it now this meeting is saved let's see it has a month view you can see here in the month of July 21st this meeting is there now say you need to change the time or you need to add more guests you can click it here and then go to edit option you can edit the event you can add more guests here if you want to you can give permission to the guests that they can invite others it is recommended not to give this permission
