How to Share Your Live Location With Someone Using Google Maps

 hello guys my name is shubham sharma and today we are discussing about google map everyone uses Google Maps right I'm sure I do because as far as I can think there it is no other app that comes close to Google Maps when it cor mes to navigation related things now did you know there's a safety feature in Google Maps that lets you allow other people to track your location that too in real-time here's everything you need to know about this feature yes you can use Google Maps to let your family and friends know exactly where you are now this is a killer safety feature that you can use whenever you are out somewhere till late at

 night and you want your loved ones to keep a track on your location here's how it's done open Google Maps and select your current location by tapping the blue dot icon in the middle of the screen and select share your location this step is the same on Android and iPhone remember that you'll need to sign in to your Google account to enable this now you can either share your location for a specific amount of time or you can share it indefinitely until you manually turn it off if you choose a specific amount of time then you can share your location with 

people through Google Maps and also through third-party apps such as whatsapp and Facebook Messenger but in case if you select the option until you turn it off then your location can only be accessed by your family of friends only through the Google Maps app once you have made your choice hit the share button and you're set you can add more contacts as well by tapping the add contact button on the top right and to stop sharing your life location
